Its main use is raiding, M+ keys, and PvP for North/South American players; that's why login queues here are usually a peak-traffic signal, not an outage. What makes Chromaggus distinct is that it sits on Blizzard's US datacenter rotation, where evening peaks are the most common cause of queues.
