What Downrightnow provides
Downrightnow provides informational outage monitoring and service health intelligence. The information shown may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or based on signals that have not been confirmed.
Independent monitoring service
Downrightnow is independent. We are not the provider of any third-party service we monitor and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers unless explicitly stated.
No guarantee of accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to surface accurate signals, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Signals may be wrong, late, or missing.
Not official provider status
Users should verify critical service status with the official provider status page before making operational, financial, emergency, or business-critical decisions.
User reports and submitted content
If you submit reports, you grant Downrightnow a worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, display, aggregate, analyze, and summarize those reports for outage detection and site operation.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Submit false or misleading reports
- Abuse, scrape, overload, or attack the service
- Submit private or sensitive personal information
- Impersonate another person or company
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
Intellectual property
The Downrightnow site, content, and brand are owned by Downrightnow. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without permission.
Third-party names and trademarks
Service names, logos, trademarks, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Downrightnow does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
Availability of the site

No deceptive content, no software downloads
Downrightnow does not host, distribute, bundle, or link to executables, installers, browser extensions, cracks, or pirated content. We do not request passwords, payment details, or third-party account credentials from visitors. We do not run pop-ups, fake system warnings, fake virus alerts, or pages designed to trick users into installing software or revealing personal information. If you encounter content on this site that appears deceptive or impersonates a brand, please report it to support@downrightnow.app and we will investigate promptly.
Trademark and takedown notices
References to third-party services on this site are made under nominative fair use solely to identify the services being discussed. If you are a rights holder and believe content on Downrightnow infringes your trademark or copyright, or inaccurately represents your service, send a written notice to support@downrightnow.app including the URL in question, the right being asserted, and your contact information. We respond to good-faith notices and will remove or correct content that is shown to be infringing or materially inaccurate.
Operator
Downrightnow is operated independently. These terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
