Connection failures for organizations restricting GitHub access by IP address
May 6, 22:32 UTCIdentified - We have identified an issue affecting organizations that restrict GitHub access by source IP address. A recent infrastructure change altered the IP addresses Anthropic uses for outbound connections to GitHub, which may cause Claude Code remote sessions, GitHub Enterprise plugin syncing, and Claude Security to fail. We are reverting the change to restore the previous IP ranges; no allowlist changes will be needed on your side. We will post an update once the fix is deployed.

Issues with responses using structured outputs on the API
Apr 23, 02:00 UTCResolved - We have identified and resolved an issue which resulted in issues with model responses when making use of structured outputs via the Anthropic API between 16:10 UTC on April 22 and 01:59 UTC on April 23. During this period, structured outputs containing some forms of grammar requirements returned with reduced quality. This did not impact any requests not using structured outputs, as detailed here: https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/build-with-claude/structured-outputs.
